Anyone who's ever been part of the workforce has undergone an interview of sorts.

For most, these questions would range from "Tell me about yourself" or "What's your biggest strength and weakness".

Most job hunters would probably have a pat answer ready in his or her sleeve for these stock questions, easing the interview process for them.
