Police launch probe, warn of penalties for having video

>JOHOR BARU: Police are conducting investigations into the video clip involving Health Minister Datuk Seri Dr Chua Soi Lek, said Inspector-General of Police Tan Sri Musa Hassan.

He said he would not comment on the case yet as he had yet to receive reports from his officers.

He warned that it was an offence to possess and distribute copies of the DVDs and that those found guilty would be charged under Section 292 of the Penal Code which carries a three-year jail term or fine or both.
