Mon, Jan 14, 2008
The Straits Times

A WOMAN in her 60s was on her way to church when she was robbed of her handbag on Monday morning.

It contained two handphones worth $600, a $300 pair of sunglasses and $50 in cash, among other items.

The woman was at a bus stop near Block 502, Tampines Central when she felt someone pull her handbag from behind.

Turning around, she saw a tan-complexioned man in his late teens or early 20s run off with her bag in the direction of Sun Plaza park with another tan-complexioned man around his age.
