Cyclist snatches woman's wallet

A woman was walking along North Buona Vista Road on Monday afternoon when she had her wallet snatched by a cyclist.

It contained about $400 in cash, among other items.

The woman, who is in her 30s, put up a struggle but the man managed to escape on his bicycle in the direction of Block 16 Holland Drive.

A security guard from a nearby construction site heard her cries, chased after the thief and pushed him to the ground.

But the thief managed to get back on his bike and fled in the direction of Block 22, Holland Drive.
