>Mohd Irwan Firdaus Abdullah, of Batu Tiga, Shah Alam, was charged with raping the 13-year-old victim at his rented flat in Jalan 2/6, Taman Setapak Indah about 12.30am on Jan 12.
Mohd Irwan claimed trial. He was represented by counsel Akbardin Abdul Kader.
Judge Fathiyah Idris set bail at RM8,000 in one surety and fixed three days beginning July 16 for hearing.
