Malay opposition party member charged with CBT

>A Singapore Malay National Organisation (PKMS) council member was charged in court on Thursday with criminal breach of trust.

The opposition party's vice president Azhar Ali, 42, allegedly embezzled $11,600 from the party from May to June last year.

If convicted, he could face up to seven years jail and a fine.
