SEVEN men, aged between 22 and 29, have been arrested for being involved in a fight at Boat Quay in the wee hours on Thursday.

Police received a '999' call at 3.30am about the fight at Circular Road.

When the cops arrived at the scene, the culprits fled in different directions.

With the help of CCTVs installed in the area, the seven were soon rounded up and arrested.

The suspects will be charged in the court on Friday for rioting.

If convicted, they face jail terms of up to five years and caning.
