A WOMAN was charged on Thursday with three counts of pinching her Indonesian maid.

She is also accused of pinching the 24-year-old on the upper arm on Nov 2, and on her thighs two days later.

The case will be mentioned on June 5.

Any employer or member of the household convicted of causing hurt to a domestic worker can be jailed for up to 18 months or fined up to $1,500 or both.
