Woman robbed of $2,000 worth of jewellery

A WOMAN was robbed at knife point at Block 828 Yishun Street 21 on Monday.

The woman in her early 50s had entered a lift on her way home at 5am, when a man pushed his way in and threatened her with a knife.

He snatched her gold chain and pendant, before fleeing.

The man was described to be a plump man in his 30s, of tanned complexion and about 1.65m tall. He was wearing a yellow T-shirt, blue jeans, and sporting a goatee.
