13-year-old boy found murdered in Toa Payoh flat

A 13-YEAR-OLD Chinese boy was found dead in his home at Toa Payoh, Lorong 2, early on Friday morning.

Police said he was found motionless on a mattress in the bedroom he shared with his 36-year-old mother at about 2.45am.

His mother, who was in the room then, had cuts on both her wrists.

Police have arrested her for murder. Investigations are on-going.
