Car broken in after driver lost car key

A man lost his car key on Monday. The next day, his car was broken into. The thief stole $2,000 worth of items from his car, which was parked in a multi-storey carpark at Block 134A, Jalan Bukit Merah.

The motorist had activated the car alarm before leaving at 10 pm on Sunday.

On Monday, he realised that his car key was missing. When he returned to his car on Tuesday, he found several items in it stolen, but the missing car key was left in the ignition.
