A CONSERVANCY worker found a way to supplement his income but ended up being fined $6,000 for corruptly earning $60.

In Nov 2006, Bangladeshi national Razaul Fazlul Hoque, 38, offered to allow contractor Peramasamy Sivakumar the use of the refuse compactor in the bin centre at Block 191 Bishan Street 13 to get rid of renovation debris.

In return, he would get $15 each time.
