A CHIEF specialist with the Immigration & Checkpoints Authority was charged on Friday morning with receiving $240 in bribes in the form of 4D tickets.

Matthew Goh Swee Hock, 61, is alleged to have corruptly profited by not reporting a subordinate who was not following procedures in allowing China women re-enter Singapore.

Goh is said to have found out that senior specialist Mah Chin Phock was helping Chia Ngee Seng to arrange U-turns for the women.
