'Hitman' strikes outside eatery
>SEREMBAN, MALAYSIA - The question of whether a paid killer is at work here has cropped up after a second person was shot dead execution-style on Friday. The 46-year-old was shot at point-blank range by a masked gunman outside a restaurant in Taman Seremban Jaya at 10.45pm.

Police are investigating if the man who shot Anand Krishnan in the head was the same man who killed a 42-year-old man at a massage parlour at the Rasah Jaya flats last Saturday.

The same type of car and bullets in Friday's shooting were used last Saturday.

Criminal Investigation Department chief Assistant Commissioner Mohd Zaki Masroh said Anand was leaving the restaurant when the gunman fired three shots at him before escaping in a car.

He said three masked men were in the getaway car, but only one got out and shot the man.

"The incident happened very fast. We have yet to determine the motive behind it," he said.
