By Selina Lum

NEARLY 10 months after five Rottweilers attacked a Jack Russell terrier in a Kembangan neighbourhood, the spat between their owners finally came to a close on Tuesday.

After more than 11/2 hours of talks held in the Subordinate Court, Madam Satpal Kaur, 51, who owns the Rottweilers, agreed to compensate an undisclosed sum to Mr David Ow, 59, the owner of the smaller dog.
