A COUPLE were each jailed for three weeks on Friday for maid abuse.

Siti Aishah Yeo alias Adine Yeo Eng Kwee, 28, admitted to stepping on Ms Sri Sinta Sunarti, 24, once in the early hours sometime between December 2006 and April 29, 2007 at their Ang Mo Kio flat.

Helmi admitted to hitting the maid on the back of her neck.
