THE man linked to the Yishun triple deaths two weeks ago was brought back to the crime scene on Friday to help detectives in their investigations.

Chinese national Wang Zhijian, 42, was inside the sixth-floor unit at Block 349 Yishun Avenue 11 for about three hours. He left in a van at about 2.30 pm, smiling to reporters and photographers. He wore a red polo T-shirt and his right index finger was bandaged.

Wang, who was the women's flatmate, has been charged with the murder of Ms Zhang Meng, 42, whose body was found in the bedroom of the five-room flat on Sept 19.
