KOTA BARU, MALAYSIA: Police have solved the murder of a Thai couple when a 21-year-old confessed to slitting their throats out of vengeance. The suspect has been remanded.

Last Tuesday, Kelantan folks were shocked to hear how the duo were found murdered at a rubber estate in Bukit Cengah, Kuala Krai around 6.30am.

Anuar Dahman, 27, from Narathiwat, southern Thailand was found dumped in an oil drum with his throat slit while wife Asmah, 19, who was three-months pregnant, was found metres away in a disused pond half-naked with her throat also slit.
