Shop broken into, $15,000 gone

A MAN in his late 50s lost more than $15,000 in cash after his shop Block 37 Defu Lane was broken into on Thursday morning .

His worker found the shop's back entrance open at about 7.30am that day, and the premises ransacked.

A safe in the shop was also forced open, with cash of $15,200 and jewellery missing from it.
