A MAN caught urinating onto an MRT track was jailed for four months on Tuesday for punching an SMRT station manager.

V. Nadarajaan N. Vadivelu, 53, who was suffering from paranoid schizophrenia, admitted to hurting Mr Pok Sing Foh, 46, at Tanah Merah MRT Station on June 8 last year.

A Community Court heard that Mr Pok saw Nadarajaan urinating onto the MRT track at about 1.30pm that day and contacted the station manager.
