A MAN who assaulted another in a pub four years ago was jailed for three months on Tuesday.

Subcontractor Alex Tay Boon Huat, 33, who pleaded guilty earlier, was also fined $2,400 for having 20 video compact discs containing 12 films without a valid certificate.

He is the last in a group of four, including his sister, to be convicted of causing hurt to Mr Darren Herbert Fleury, 28, at Zzqueeze Pub at Duxton Hill on March 5, 2004.
