Hotel captain gets jail, caning for molesting 3 women

A MAN who molested three women within two months was sentenced to 10 months' jail and three strokes of the cane on Thursday. Sayed Ahmed Peer Mohamud, 36, then a hotel captain, pleaded guilty to two counts and had a third charge taken into consideration.

A district court heard that he grabbed a 23-year-old woman's breasts and covered her mouth when she was walking home at an open carpark at Choa Chu Kang Avenue 4 past midnight on June 21.The victim shouted for help and he pushed her, causing her to fall. She then kicked him on the legs.

Less than an hour later, he molested another woman.On Aug 13, Sayed touched the buttock of a woman.
