A PRIME mover driver, who had been fined before for molestation 18 years ago, was back in court to plead guilty to a similar offence.

Before imposing a $6,000 fine on Allen Yeo Poh Liang on Monday, District Judge Jeffrey Sim warned the 57-year-old married man to stop such behaviour or risk being jailed.

The judge had told him that he would would not send him to jail despite his previous convictions which happened some time ago and he was fined then as well.
