KUALA LUMPUR - As if it was not enough to be raped by her employer, an 18-year-old maid from Sabah was also beaten up by the wife when she found out about it.

Unable to take the abuse anymore, the girl escaped from the condominium unit in Batu Caves when her employers were out and lodged a report with the Gombak police station at about 1.35pm yesterday.

In her report, the girl said the employer forced her to perform oral sex on him.

She also said that the employer's wife would abuse her verbally besides beating her with wood, hangers and glass.

The girl also claimed that her employer threatened to kill her younger sister if she ran away from the house.

City CID chief Senior Asst Comm II Ku Chin Wah said the employer's wife became more violent when she learnt that her husband had raped the maid several times.

He said the girl would be sent for a medical check up.
