Jailed for obstructing cop

Foo Danyu, 24, who pleaded guilty to mischief and two drug charges, was jailed a total of 14 months and two weeks on Tuesday.

A district court heard that she was with her boyfriend, Mr Yusof Hussein, along Circular Road on Feb 20 last year when police arrested him for fighting.

When a policeman was about to drive off the the car, Foo opened the right passenger door and tried to get her boyfriend out.
