M'cycle snatch thief nabbed

A 23-YEAR-OLD Malaysian man believed to be involved in several cases of snatch theft in the Arthur Road area was arrested on Wednesday.

Several cases of snatch theft have been reported in the area since March this year with valuables worth a total of about $1,500 stolen.

In all the cases, the suspect was a lone motorcyclist who would snatch away the female victims' handbags before riding away in a burst of speed.
