KANGAR, MALAYSIA - Police are investigating one of their inspectors for allegedly outraging the modesty of a male security guard on Merdeka Day.
State Criminal Investigation Department chief Superintendent Mohd Nashir Ya said the incident was alleged to have occurred at the Seri Sena food court at 10pm that day.
The 24-year-old victim, who works at the newly-built Kangar market, lodged a report five hours later at the Kangar police headquarters.
