Police looking for man in loanshark harassment case

The police are looking for the man shown in the picture to assist with investigations into a case of loanshark harassment that occurred at the vicinity of Tampines Street 81 on June 28.

He is believed to be a Chinese male with fair complexion in his 20s or 30s, with tinted short hair. He was wearing a black T-shirt with the words 'Best Actor' printed in white, black Bermudas and dark-coloured slippers.
