A MAN threatened to release nude photographs of his ex-girlfriend if she did not pay RM11,100 in 'separation fees'.

The money was to cover his phone bills and gifts such as watches and handphones that he gave the woman, who was also his colleague, said China Press.

The woman, identified only as Jennifer, 29, said the relationship began in May 2006 and lasted four months.

She said she wanted to leave the 41-year-old man after finding out that he was married, and she ignored his requests to be together again.

'He started to harass me in February this year and threatened to release my nude photos if I failed to pay him RM11,100,' she said at the MCA public complaints bureau.

The bureau received 26 cases of a similar nature this year involving over RM200,000.
