>Malaysia is expected to have at least 100 researchers, scientists and engineers for every 10,000 workers by 2020, says Higher Education Minister Datuk Seri Mohamed Khaled Nordin. The country now has 21 research-ers, scientists and engineers for every 10,000 workers. "We are carrying out the MyBrain 15 programme to increase the number of Malaysians with PhD or similar qualifications to 100,000 people over the next 15 years," said Khaled.
