Mega sex party: Religious dept to monitor beaches
Tue, Dec 30, 2008
New Straits Times / Asia News Network

JOHOR BARU, MALAYSIA: Holding a sex party on a beach in the state capital is almost impossible, said a Religious Department official.

"In the first place, there is no such thing as a secluded beach here. All the beach areas here are very public places.

"We would be able to nab them even while they are setting up the place," the official said.

"It would be more believable if the organisers had said they wanted to have it at a seafront location.

"Then again, they would have to hold it in the mangrove swamp.

"The sandflies alone are enough to spoil the party."

The department believed that the matter was simply a scam by culprits to make quick money.

"Nevertheless, we are looking at coastal stretches along the east coast in Kota Tinggi and Mersing," he said.

"The possibility of such a party taking place is remote but we are not leaving anything to chance.

"Such an activity if held here, would be very bad for the image of the country." -- New Straits Times / Asia News Network
