>NIBONG TEBAL, Malaysia: An elderly couple were killed while their two teenage children were seriously injured when their sports utility vehicle skidded and crashed into a signboard pole along the North-South Expressway near here yesterday.
Ang Peng Lian, 50, and his wife Chan Oi Wan, 52, were killed on the spot in the 1.53pm incident at Km156 of the north-bound lane.
Their children Chee Haw and Chee Wai were rushed to the Seberang Jaya Hospital. -NST
