MALAYSIA, KLANG: An Indonesian man was slashed to death at his hostel in Bandar Puteri here.
Matluwi Markawi, 43, who was slashed on his chest and shoulders, was pronounced dead on arrival at the Tengku Ampuan Rahimah Hospital at about 9.50am.
Klang district police chief Asst Comm Mohamad Mat Yusop said the incident happened at about 8.30am when the construction worker was asleep in his hostel.
He said police were looking for a 20-year-old Cambodian man to assist in investigations.
