Making love in the morning better than tea and toast
Tue, Feb 08, 2011
Sin Chew Daily/Asia News Network

Sin Chew Daily reported that research shows adults who have sex in the morning not only feel more upbeat for the rest of the day, but also benefit from a stronger immune system.

Quoting Britain's Daily Mail, an American research scientist and sex columnist Dr Debby Herbenick said adults who start their day making love are healthier and happier than those who opt for a cup of tea and some toast before heading out the door.

"Not only does it make them less likely to catch a cold or flu, it can also improve their hair, skin and nails.

"Having sex in the morning also releases the feel-good chemical oxytocin that makes couples feel closer all day long," said Herbenick.
