Children harassing visitors in Seremban

SEREMBAN, Negeri Sembilan - A group of children have been harassing visitors in Dataran Senawang, Seremban, reported Berita Harian. They pester the public into giving donations or buying items for charity.

Dressed in baju kurung and skull caps, the children aged between 10 to 12 years are making the people feel uncomfortable.

An office worker, who only wanted to be identified as Ila, 25, said she felt uneasy when the children approached her because they kept asking for more.

"Of course, you pity them but if they come day after day, it becomes bothersome.

"As if that isn't enough, I got scolded when I did not donate.

"I have decided since then not to give them any more money," she said.

Ila said when she asked the children if they had a permit to collect donations, they would only show prayer sheets.
