Sentosa Cove sets yet another record price

YET another record land price has been set at Sentosa Cove, for a new plot meant for landed homes.

The 71,589 sq ft Green Collection fetched eight bids last month, with the top bid at $78.7 million, or $1,099 per sq ft per plot ratio.

Elevation Developments submitted the record offer, which was 42.5 per cent above the $771.25 psf ppr fetched for the last en bloc sale price of Sandy Island.

The Green Collection can host up to 20 homes, which can be either strata terrace, semi-detached or detached houses.
