The Straits Times

A COUPLE lost belongings worth over $2,600 which were stolen from their car on Thursday night.

The driver, a 25-year-old engineer, had parked his car at Maxwell Centre carpark at about 10 pm. He did not notice anything amiss when he returned about 45 minutes later with his girlfriend.

They then went to Labrador Park at about 11 pm. The girlfriend wanted to pick up her sports bag in the car when she found it was gone.

The bag contained a $1,800 watch, a digital camera worth $600, a $200 PDA phone and other personal belongings.
