The Straits Times

A MAN who allegedly exposed himself to a neighbour repeatedly and committed a series of obscene acts in front of her was brought before a district court on Tuesday.

Sean Herbert Ang Hsien Loong, 27, a hairdresser, was accused of exposing himself and touching his genitals in front of a woman neighbour at his Serangoon flat.

He allegedly committed the offences between April and November this year.

He was said to have exposed himself to the woman in the early hours of the morning, between 3 am and 4 am.

Ang was also charged with cheating a cashier by switching the $76.70 price tag on a can of protein supplements with a $29 tag.

He is due to return to court on Dec 12.

If convicted, he could be jailed seven years or fined.
