Fire in Potong Pasir flat

A FIRE broke out in a flat at Block 113, Potong Pasir at 4pm on Thursday.

No one was hurt in the blaze which badly damaged the master bedroom of the 11th-floor unit.

The Singapore Civil Defence Force (SCDF) said the occupants managed to escape the flames on their own and ran to safety.

Firefighters arrived shortly and put out the fire in 10 minutes, said SCDF.
