Two killed in road accidents

A MOTORCYCLIST and a pedestrian were killed in separate accidents that took place on Monday.

Mr Low Wah, 64, sustained serious head injuries and multipled abrasions on his limbs and body after his motorcycle skidded as he was travelling along the Tampines Expressway towards Changi Road. He died at 11am on Thursday.

Also on Monday, Mr Tan Kian Seong, 41, was hit by a car in Sims Avenue East at about 4pm when he and another pedestrian, a woman in her mid 20s, were crossing the road.

Mr Tan, who suffered head injuries and abrasions on his limbs, died on Thursday.
