Teen knocked by taxi in Tampines

A BOY in his early teens was knocked down by a taxi on Thursday afternoon.

He was crossing the road, when the taxi, travelling along Tampines Avenue 9 towards Avenue 10, hit him.

The boy suffered abrasions and was brought to Kendang Kerbau Women and Childrens Hospital.

Meanwhile, a motorcyclist involved in an accident on Monday morning died on Thursday.

He had collided into a taxi at the junction of Xilin Avenue and Simei Avenue.

The Traffic Police appeal to eyewitnesses in both cases to contact them at 1800-547-1818.
