The festival, held every two years, is the largest international garden and flower show in Singapore and brings together top local and foreign award-winning landscape and garden designers, florists and horticulturists.
This year's floral fest is over eight days, two days shorter than the 2006 event. Festival director Dr Wong Wei Har explains: 'This works out better for the plants.'
