Jailed for slashing customer

A CHICKEN rice stall cook who slashed a customer on the back and his left thigh was sentenced to 10 months' jail on Friday.

Lim Tian Soi, 59, pleaded guilty to causing hurt to Mr Lim Chee Seng, 44, with a chopper at Smith Street on April 6.

It was reported that he got into an argument with the victim and then slashed him with a chopper.
