Party drugs abuse up
Mon, Nov 10, 2008
The Straits Times

ABUSE of party drugs is growing in the region, especially in East and South-east Asia, the world's largest market for amphetamine type stimulants (ATS), according to the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime.

He was speaking on Monday to some 20 delegates at the Central Narcotics Bureau-Australian Federal Police joint training programme at the Parkroyal Hotel.
