Man faces molest charge

A MAN was charged in a district court on Monday for outraging the modesty of a 22-year-old woman in a Shenton Way hotel in May.

According to court documents, Teng Chee Chuan, 35, was in a lift with the woman on May 8 when he held her hand and kissed her on her cheek.

Ten minutes later, while both of them were in a locker room, he kissed her lips, hugged her and touched her right breast.
