Four more charged for phantom workers

FOUR more men were charged in court on Thursday over the 'phantom' worker scam.

One of them is Tay Hian Chye, a director of SME Group of companies, which is in the cleaning services line.

The 47-year-old's co-director, Steven Lee Kong Weng, 60, and one Lim Chye Cheng, 52, were among 10 employers charged last week.
