2nd team reaches Everest

THE second group of the NATAS Singapore Women's Everest Team (NATAS SWET) conquered the world's tallest mountain on Friday morning.

Team members Joanne Soo, 39, and Lee Peh Gee, 32, made summit at 5.31am and 5.56am, respectively.

Members of the first group, Lee Li Hui, Esther Tan and Jane Lee reached Everest's peak on Wednesday morning and are now back at base camp.
