A UNIT of Boustead Singapore has landed a $15 million contract to design and build a new headquarters for leading homegrown shoe retailer Charles & Keith Holdings.
The building at the Paya Lebar iPark will be within walking distance of the existing Charles & Keith headquarters Boustead built in 2006.
Boustead Projects, which is 91.7 per cent owned by Boustead, will complete the project in the third quarter of next year, the firm said in a statement yesterday.
