ERM World Marketing (ERM), the organisers of Miss Singapore World 2009, has announced that pageant winner Ris Low has resigned as with immediate effect.

She will no longer represent Singapore at Miss World 2009 in South Africa.

The latest news comes after reports last week by local freesheet, my paper, that Ms Low was sentenced in May to 24 months of supervised probation after being convicted of credit card fraud.
