Road closures for lantern walk

SEVERAL roads and lanes in Chinatown will be closed on Saturday evening for the Mid-Autumn Festival lantern walk, which the Kreta Ayer Community Centre is holding.

The affected roads are: Eu Tong Sen Street (between Outram Road and Upper Cross Street), which will be closed from 7 pm to 8.30 pm, and the extreme right lane of Eu Tong Sen Street (between Havelock Road and Merchant Road), to be closed from 7 pm to 9 pm.

Auxiliary Police officers will be deployed at all affected road junctions to regulate traffic and assist motorists.
